Our rates for basic documentation service are based on square footage of your home or business. We will also includesany enclosed patio and screen porch living areas. This also includes up to a 3-car garage and one outside storage area (shed/workshop).These prices apply to our counties of service area. Locations outside these service counties may have an additional travel charge added. Annual updates are optional (no contract). However, if you choose not to renew on an annual basis, your stored backup DVD will be mailed to you for release and Proof of Assets will no longer be held responsible for providing backup information on your contents. Annual updates continue to prove the items are still at the location and still in the documented condition. Insurance companies recommend you update and review your policy annually. Please note, annual updates must be done within 18 months of previous documentation date or fees will return to initial service cost
